Swim4 Tri Sessions are suitable for all standards of ability whether you are new to triathlon, training towards a specific event or a regular competitor. We will ensure you are training at the right level, through top quality coaching and an emphasis on technique correction, for all aspects of triathlon.
Monday 18.30 – 20.00 – Long Course session in our 50m Pool
Wednesday 20:00-21:00—Technique and foundation training – a great session if you’re just starting out or just getting back into it!
Thursday 13.00-13.45 – this is a new session being held in the 25m deep split.
No matter what your current swimming ability is like, you will find these sessions great for swimming improvement. Our aim as always is to ensure your time is enjoyable and rewarding.
