Junior Fitness Sessions

TIME: Sundays 10am till 11am

The session is for children looking for a fitness session based on stamina.

Requirements for the session:

  • To have completed wave 6 to wave 7 standard of the Aqua Passport
  • Have a sound knowledge of all the strokes.
  • Be confident in deep water (2m)
