Wales National Pool Swansea is looking for Relief Receptionists to add to our dynamic team.

Within this busy role you will assist in the efficient, effective and economic delivery of reception membership and booking services within the facility in order to fulfil the requirements of the Wales National Pool.

Excellent Customer Care skills and sales experience are a must and the ideal candidate should have proven administrative skills, be computer literate with good keyboard skills, and have experience of working with members of the public in a customer-orientated environment.

Receptionists are required to work on a shift rota, which will include regular early morning, evening, weekend and Bank Holidays.

The position requires a Disclosure Barring Service check.

Do you have a passion for teaching and a love of the water? We are looking for a Level 2 Teacher to add to our dynamic team.

The successful candidates will become part of a professional and fun loving team of teachers. Within this rewarding role, you will assist in the efficient, effective and economic delivery of the popular Aqua School programme at Wales National Pool Swansea. Candidates will be required to work year round and therefore would be desirable that the candidates are permanently located in Swansea/Neath & Port Talbot/Carmarthenshire.

An ASA/UKCC Level 2 Teaching Qualification is essential. The ideal candidate will have  experience of teaching the “Fundamentals” principles of the National Plan for Teaching Swimming or Learn to Swim Wales. Customer care skills and the ability to communicate with customers at all levels of Aqua School would be of benefit.
