TEMPORARY PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Maternity Cover)

18.5 HRS PER WEEK WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY

Salary £18,065 66 pro rata (£9.36 per hour)

We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to add to the enthusiastic Wales National Pool Swansea team. This position is part time and permanent.

The successful candidate will become part of a professional and fun loving team and within this rewarding role, will assist in the efficient, effective and economic delivery of the administration and bookings system at Wales National Pool Swansea.

If you have excellent customer care skills alongside sales experience and proven administrative skills then this could be the job for you. The successful candidate should be computer literate with good keyboard skills, and have experience of working with members of the public in a customer-orientated environment.

You will be required to work 18.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday). You may also be required to cover reception out of hours including weekends and bank holidays on an ad-hoc basis as required. The role is due to begin circa late April/early May 2020 and will continue for a period of 12 months or until the return of the substantive post holder (whichever is sooner).

Wales National Pool Swansea is looking for Relief Receptionists to add to our dynamic team.

Within this busy role you will assist in the efficient, effective and economic delivery of reception membership and booking services within the facility in order to fulfil the requirements of the Wales National Pool.

Excellent Customer Care skills and sales experience are a must and the ideal candidate should have proven administrative skills, be computer literate with good keyboard skills, and have experience of working with members of the public in a customer-orientated environment.

Receptionists are required to work on a shift rota, which will include regular early morning, evening, weekend and Bank Holidays.

The position requires a Disclosure Barring Service check.
