Swansea Swimmer Wins Bronze
Swansea based ITC swimmer, Jazmin Carlin, won a Bronze medal in Budapest in the European Swimming Championships. Jazz swam the 2nd leg of the women’s 4 x 200m relay and swam the fastest leg with the extraordinary time of 1.57.85. Jazz along with Rebecca Adlington, Hannah Miley and Joanne Jackson finished in a time of 7.58.13 to take Bronze behind Hungary and France.
Jazz swims at the Wales National Pool Swansea as part of the ITC and is a talented athlete with a bright future. The Commonwealth Games in India are quickly approaching in October 2010, so keep a look out for Jazz Carlin and all other Welsh Swimmers.
