Swim 4 Tri
Why not join us at one of our Swim 4 Tri, triathlon training sessions. Swim4 Tri Sessions are suitable for all standards of ability whether you are new to triathlon, training towards a specific event or a regular competitor. We will ensure you are training at the right level, through top quality coaching and an emphasis on technique correction, for all aspects of triathlon.
Wednesday 20:00-21:00—Technique and Base Foundation training for Triathletes.
A great session if you’re just starting out or just getting back into it!
Thursday 20:00-21:30 – Technique and Specific endurance training for Triathletes. (Unfortunately this session will not be running until further notice. However the Wednesday Session is continuing as normal.)
No matter what your current swimming ability is like, you will find these sessions great for swimming improvement. Our aim as always is to ensure your time is enjoyable and rewarding.
